Co-founder and Owner

Mr. Lee is the Co-founder and Owner of DAS Medical Holdings, LLC (“DAS”), which he co-founded in 2010. DAS is a contract manufacturer of disposable medical devices.

Prior to joining DAS, Mr. Lee served as President of Microtek Medical, Inc. (“Microtek”) and Senior Vice President of Ecolab, Inc. (NYSE:ECL). He retired from those positions on December 31, 2009. Microtek is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ecolab and specializes in the design, manufacture and marketing of infection and fluid control products. Microtek was acquired by Ecolab in November 2007. Before the acquisition, Mr. Lee had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Microtek beginning in December 2000 and Chairman of the Board beginning in May 2002. Microtek was named “Isolyser Company, Inc.” until 2002. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Lee held various positions with Microtek or its subsidiaries and predecessors, including President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director.

Mr. Lee currently serves on Span America Medical Systems, Inc.(NASDAQ:SPAN) Audit and Compensation Committees.

Prior to his corporate positions, Mr. Lee was a partner for eight years with the CPA firm of Gallant, King & Lee, and he worked as an auditor for KPMG for five years after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University. Mr. Lee became a Certified Public Accountant in 1975.


Co-Founder & Owner

Mr. Groves is an owner of DAS Medical Holdings, LLC ("DAS"), which he co-founded in 2010. DAS is a contract manufacturer of disposable medical devices. Prior to forming DAS, Mr. Groves was the Vice President of Operations for Microtek Medical Inc. and had a similar title with Ecolab after their acquisition of Microtek in 2007.

Microtek specialized in the design, manufacturing and marketing of infection and fluid control products and under his responsibility had 7 manufacturing facilities both domestic and international, employing 1900 associates.

Prior to joining Microtek in 1997, Mr. Groves had 24 years of experience with Kendall Healthcare in several positons of increasing responsibility. This experience included international experience as General Manager of Kendall France for 4 years. Before transferring to the Kendall Healthcare Division of Colgate Palmolive in 1973, he was the manufacturing member of the International Business Development Team of Colgate for Africa and Eastern Europe. Mr. Groves is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a veteran with 6 years as an officer in the regular Air Force and in the Kentucky Air National Guard.



Prior to joining DAS, Mr. Shin served as Director of Manufacturing for Microtek Dominicana, a subsidiary of Microtek Medical, Inc.

Mr. Shin held various positions with Microtek or its subsidiaries and predecessors, including being the first employee of Microtek Dominicana, and he was instrumental in building the company from one employee to over 1600 employees at the time of his departure from the Microtek Dominicana in January 2010.

Prior to joining Microtek Dominicana in 1989 Mr. Shin was a start up engineer with numerous cutting and sewing operations particularly in the medical field associated with surgical gowns and drapes. Mr. Shin has 30 years of experience in the medical device industry where he was responsible for the highest level of manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance. Mr. Shin's responsibilities included maintaining facilities in compliance with 21 C.F.R. § 820 (USFDA), EN/ISO 13485 (EU and International), CMDR (Canadian), and MHLW ordinance No. 169 of the Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (JPAL) (Japanese).


President & CEO

Mr. Lee is a sales, marketing and operations professional who has been working and contributing to the health, safety and cost effectiveness of the medical device and healthcare industries for over 10 years. As the current President & CEO at DAS Medical, Mr. Lee oversees the day to day operations, including the sales and marketing responsibilities for the company.

He began his career in 2004 when working for Microtek Medical (now part of Ecolab Healthcare). After 5 successful years at Microtek Medical, Mr. Lee became the Director of Sales and Marketing for Alleset Healthcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Resources International (GRI), where he was responsible for establishing a direct sales force in the US and setting up distribution networks in the US, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Lee studied Business at Mississippi State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Mr. Lee also studied business at The Malaca Instituto in Malaga, Spain.


VP of Quality and Regulatory & Owner

Mr. Bonner has over 30 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory affairs operations. He is a certified Lead Auditor to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Standards.

Prior to joining DAS Medical, Mr. Bonner served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for Microtek Medical, Inc. Mr. Bonner was an executive team member and was responsible for the QA/RA function for as many as 13 manufacturing and distribution facilities worldwide. He was responsible for all compliance activities that included U.S. FDA, European, Canadian, Australian, and Japanese regulations.

Prior to joining Microtek Medical, Inc., he served as the Vice President of QA/RA for Isolyser Company, Inc. from 1994 to 1998 that included Microtek Medical, Inc., White Knight Healthcare, Inc., MedSurg Industries Inc. and other Isolyser material/component manufacturing facilities where he was responsible for QA/RA administration that included 16 Isolyser facility locations worldwide. He served as the Director of QA/RA at MedSurg Industries, Inc. from 1985 - 1994.


VP and Owner

Mr. Grady began his career in 1978 as a Sales Representative for Universal Medical Instrument Corp. selling medical products throughout the Southeastern U.S.

After building many contacts in Cardiac Cath. Labs, X-ray Special Procedures, and Operating Rooms he saw the need for specific sterile equipment covers to be used in these Departments. In 1984 he started Sterimed, Inc. and began manufacturing Stericovers in Cartersville, Ga. After producing Quality products for over 30 years, Mr. Grady merged his successful Company with DAS Medical in 2015 and remains a partner with DAS today.


Chief Financial Officer & Owner

Mr. Lee is an accounting and finance professional who holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate. As the Chief Financial Officer at DAS Medical, Mr. Lee oversees all accounting, finance, and tax functions for the company.

Before joining DAS Medical, Mr. Lee worked in the oil and gas industry for 10 years at Devon Energy. Throughout his time at Devon Energy, Mr. Lee was responsible for leading teams across various accounting and finance functions including Marketing, Accounts Payable, and Financial Analysis.

Mr. Lee studied business and accounting at Oklahoma City University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Science in Accounting. Mr. Lee received his Certified Public Accounting Certificate from the Oklahoma Accountancy Board in 2013 and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
